Meet Our Owner
Trevor Greenlee
Trevor Greenlee, the heart behind Greenlee Construction, has always been driven by ambition and a love for building. Born and raised in Aurora, Colorado, Trevor grew up embracing sports like football, basketball, and snowboarding, but his true passion extended beyond the field. After playing college football at the University of Nebraska Kearney, Trevor returned to Colorado to complete his Business Administration degree at the University of Colorado.
While working as a residential construction manager, Trevor realized his dream of owning a business. A love for warmer climates and the charm of South Carolina led him to Charleston, where he embraced a new role as a field engineer. However, his entrepreneurial spirit couldn’t be contained, and he soon took the leap to establish Greenlee Construction.
The Bazooka Touch
If you’ve noticed the unique touch in our logo, that’s thanks to Bazooka, Trevor’s beloved 165-pound rescue dog. Bazooka is not only Trevor’s best friend but also the heart and soul of our brand. His story symbolizes growth, resilience, and loyalty—values that are deeply embedded in the way we do business.
