Trevor Greenlee, the heart behind Greenlee Construction, has always been driven by ambition and a love for building. Born and raised in Aurora, Colorado, Trevor grew up embracing sports like football, basketball, and snowboarding, but his true passion extended beyond the field. After playing college football at the University of Nebraska Kearney, he returned to Colorado to complete his Business Administration degree at the University of Colorado.
A love for warmer climates and the charm of South Carolina led him to Charleston, where he stepped into a field engineer role on large-scale infrastructure work. Over the next several years, Trevor cut his teeth on more than $200 million of heavy civil construction — learning firsthand how complex jobs actually get built: on schedule, on budget, and safely. That experience shaped how he approaches every project Greenlee takes on today. When he founded Greenlee Construction, Trevor set out to build a company that pairs a young entrepreneur’s drive with the seasoned judgment of veterans in the field. He surrounds himself with a leadership team that brings decades of combined experience across pre-construction, project management, and field execution — giving Greenlee the bench strength of a much older firm, and giving clients a partner who shows up, follows through, and stands behind the work.
